Use of this site by persons under the age of 18 is prohibited.  You may use this website in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations, and further agree not to attempt in any way to harm or interfere with the operation of this website including but not limited to computer viruses, trojan horses, worms, or anything else designed to interfere with, interrupt or disrupt normal its operating procedures. 

JBs Part Factory LLC may, in its sole discretion, refuse to offer services to any person or entity at any time.

When registering for an account you agree to provide current and accurate information and that you will keep your account information accurate and up to date.  

You represent and warrant that you own or have the right to submit the design, model or prototype to JBs Part Factory LLC for the purpose of obtaining a manufactured part, and further that the design/model/prototype does not violate any applicable laws including but not limited to any federal law or regulation including those pertaining to firearms.  

You hereby grant JBs Part Factory LLC a non-exclusive transferable license to copy, modify, and use each design/model/prototype that you submit through the website solely for the purpose of providing the services you have requested.  JBs Part Factory LLC is not responsible for design/model/prototypes that cannot, for any reason, be manufactured using our current equipment and manufacturing processes.   JBs Part Factory LLC is not responsible for any injuries or liabilities that may result from the failure of manufactured parts.

Your account, including your user name and password, are personal to you and may not be used by anyone else. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your user name and password and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your user name or password by you or by anyone else using your user name and password, whether or not authorized by you. You will immediately inform us of any apparent breaches of security such as loss, theft or unauthorized disclosure or use of your username or password (contact us at admin@jbs3dpartfactory.com) and until we are so notified you will remain liable for any unauthorized use of your account.

Any unauthorized modification, tampering or change of any information, or any interference with the availability of or access to this Website is strictly prohibited. JBs Part Factory LLC reserves all rights and remedies available to it. You agree to indemnify, release and hold us harmless as well as our officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees from any claim, liability, loss, expense or demand, including legal fees, related to your violation of these Terms and Conditions and your access to and use of the Website.
