“Shop” Page Products

Products purchased from our “Shop” pages may be returned for refund in new condition within 14 days of purchase date, return shipping paid by the buyer.

JBs Part Factory LLC warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase.

This warranty is limited solely to the repair, replacement, or full or partial refund of the original purchase price, at the sole discretion of JBs Part Factory LLC.

This warranty does not cover damage, failure, or defects resulting from:

improper installation;

misuse, abuse, or neglect;

unauthorized modifications or repairs;

improper maintenance;

accidents, impacts, or environmental conditions; or

use of the product outside of its intended purpose or specifications.

JBs Part Factory LLC reserves the right to inspect any product submitted for warranty consideration and determine eligibility for coverage under this Limited Warranty. Proof of purchase may be required.

Under no circumstances shall JBs Part Factory LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products.

By purchasing and using this product, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Limited Warranty.

Custom 3D Printed Products

Custom 3D printed products (reproduced parts, new custom designs, models supplied by the customer) cannot returned and sales are considered final once payment is made.

JBs Part Factory LLC warrants only that the manufactured product will substantially meet the features of the 3D model within the limitations of the 3D printing technology. JBs Part Factory LLC does not give any warranty regarding the product and does not guarantee that the product will be fit for any particular purposes.
