Because of the custom nature of our 3D print service, refunds cannot be made once payment is made and returns will not be accepted.

JBs Part Factory LLC warrants only that the manufactured model will substantially meet the features of the received 3D model file within the limitations of the 3D printing technology. JBs Part Factory LLC does not give any warranty regarding the model and does not guarantee that the model will be fit for any particular purposes.
