Products purchased from our “Products For Sale” page may be returned for refund in new condition within 14 days of purchase date, return shipping paid by the buyer.

Custom 3D printed products (reproduced parts, new custom designs, etc) cannot returned and sales are considered final once payment is made.

JBs Part Factory LLC warrants only that the manufactured model will substantially meet the features of the received 3D model file within the limitations of the 3D printing technology. JBs Part Factory LLC does not give any warranty regarding the model and does not guarantee that the model will be fit for any particular purposes.
